Following his bevy converse australia of illustrious Golf Le Fleur-branded Converse One Star s, the hip-hop powerhouse is ready to move on to the much more recognizable Chuck 70 silhouette equipped with a brown, woven upper. Unlike his One Stars that tended to lean toward vibrant color schemes, this simplistic take is highlighted by "GOLF LE FlEUR" written backwards on its upper, and it finished off by a customary sunflower emblem on its tongue as well as via an all-over black and white graphic underneath its vulcanized sole. No word regarding the release of the Tyler, The Creator x Converse Chuck 70 has surfaced just yet, but grab a first look here and keep it locked for updates.
Following Tyler, The Creator's first official collaboration with Converse in early August for the One Star "Golf Le Fleur" collection , it appears a second collection of the shoe from the hip-hop star and subcultural icon may be on the way converse shoes soon. Tyler was recently seen in a new version of the One Star, which continues the Le Fleur theme with a flower shaped suede piece around the shoe's side star logos with more flowers on the two-tone outsole. His latest project has him responsible for curating the sound track for the newest Grinch remake, and the team over at Converse has a special One Star lined up to celebrate Wolf Haley's foray into film.Cleverly dubbed the "Grinch Le Fleur" a play off the artist's Golf Le Fleur Converse capsules this One Star comes dressed in the menacing creature's familiar kelly green fur with frowning eyes embroidered into both the lateral and medial heel. Tyler's signature sunflower-patterned outsole is in full effect in a matching green hue, opposite of a set of seasonally red insoles with co-branded converse high tops detailing.
While no official release information currently exists, you can expect these Grinch Le Fleurs to release sometime in the near future to help you steal Christmas.In both the music and fashion world Tyler, The Creator has one of if not the most loyal fan bases, due in large part to his tenacious way of going about everything he does. From his awe-inspiring live performances, to his finely-crafted Converse collabs, the Odd Future frontman leaves little left on the table when he approaches a new project. Full steam ahead for hist latest One Star collab with the iconic brand, Tyler has added a metallic silver effect to the upper of the influential silhouette in an attempt to further his design portfolio and catch the wearer's eye.
Releasing alongside a futuristic metallic silver bomber jacket, the One Star equips Wolf Haley's signature sunflower pattern on their outsoles in a striking orange shade, and equip a reflective flower hit on its midsole for another standout embellishment. Avid Wolf Gang fans looking to add yet another Tyler-branded Converse creation to their lineup will be able to do so upon this sneaker's exclusive Dover Street Market and Golf Wang release on January 12th for $110 USD, with the jacket setting you back $150 USD.
